Show Palace To Hold Auditions In New York, Orlando And Hudson

The Show Palace Dinner Theatre, Hudson, will hold Equity Performer Auditions for their 2008-09 Season, nonunion performers will be seen as time permits and are highly encouraged to attend. The Show Palace performs under an Actors' Equity Dinner Theatre Contract (LOA), minimum $411/wk (may change after Sept. 21) plus health and pension. Non-equity pay is negotiable. Housing is available for both Equity and Non-Equity Performers.
Applicants are required to prepare two contrasting musical theatre songs, a comic monologue and be prepared to dance. Dance callbacks will be at The Show Palace Dinner Theatre at 10 a.m. Wednesday, Aug. 6. Bring appropriate attire to the dance call including character and tap shoes. The theater is seeking performers 18 and over at these calls. Rehearsal dates are three weeks prior to opening date.
